Going of your own? One of the must watch cave is the Krem Mwumluh which is located in East Khasi Hills. One can take a road to Cheerapunji and requires a trek of around 15-20 min through the murky forests to finally head to the entrance of cave.
When to visit? The best time to visit Meghalaya is in the month of March and July, when the weather is quite pleasant and welcoming.
